My husband said the lady who answered the phone was friendly and efficient. We got stranded off I-90 and Alexander, our tow guy, was prompt in finding us and making sure my daughter and I got comfortable in his truck immediately for safety reasons. He also immediately found our main problem under the hood. We asked to be taken to the nearest exit with an auto parts store and he knew exactly where to take us. Since we had a toddler traveling with us, he made sure we were in a safe area with options for auto parts and food. He even offered to back our truck up facing the direction that would have the most extended time of sunlight in case it started to get dark. If all that wasn’t enough, he was so personable and made our daughter feel special to be part of a tow trucking experience. He was outstanding and although not cheap, totally worth it. You get what you pay for. Can’t say enough good things about our experience with this company especially Alexander.
